Regular open board meetings:
The HOA Board's regular monthly open board meeting is scheduled for the last Saturday of each month at 9:00 AM Pacific Time. The first meeting on this schedule is Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 9:00 AM PDT. The Board should include the meeting time, date, and agenda in the calendar event or a separate meeting notice.
Getting the meeting link:
the Google Meet link is not published on this public website or in these public calendar events,
because these meetings are for Olympic Ridge owners. The link and the 2026 meeting dates were
mailed to owners, and the link is also posted in the private
Olympic Ridge community Facebook group.
If you cannot find it, contact the Board and we will send it to you.
Calendar and notice:
The embedded Google Calendar should be used as the public schedule reference once the recurring meetings and agendas are added. To rely on it for Washington board meeting notice, the Board should also give owners the meeting schedule or send a separate record pointing owners to the calendar and explaining how to access the posted agenda and meeting details. Executive sessions are limited to confidential topics and final votes are not taken there.
