August Open Board Meeting: In the Park and on Google Meet

Join the HOA Board on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Olympic Ridge Community Park or through the regular owners-only Google Meet link.

Brown Lawns During the Drought: Where the HOA Stands

A statewide drought declaration has been in effect since April 8, 2026. Washington law protects owners and residents from being fined for reducing or stopping watering while that order is in effect, and the Board is applying that protection.

You're Invited: Olympic Ridge Neighborhood Block Party

Join your neighbors for a community picnic and potluck on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the Olympic Ridge main park off Belfair Station. HOA Board members will be there to answer questions.

Monthly Open Board Meeting Schedule

The HOA Board’s regular open board meetings are scheduled for the last Saturday of each month at 9:00 AM Pacific Time.
